We have two Healthy People strategic focus areas: associate health and wellbeing and associate development. Engagement with and contributions to our communities are locally managed by our operating companies.

	Associate health and wellbeing Retail is a labor intensive industry and as such our associates are our core asset. We believe our associates are our ambassadors for health and wellbeing and across the Group we are working hard to ensure that we promote their wellbeing and at all times maintain a safe and healthy work environment. 	Associate development A motivated and engaged workforce is at the heart of our success and maintaining this is a top priority to ensure that we are able to attract and retain talented people from all backgrounds. Providing opportunities for growth through training and development is also a major contributing factor and we are committed to continuing to strengthen our Group's culture in order to achieve best-in-class associate engagement. 	Community In many ways our stores are in themselves cornerstones within the community and as such we aspire to enrich the lives of the communities in which we operate. Providing local jobs is important for the local economy and prosperity but we also focus on numerous community engagement projects partnering with a range of organizations with a specific focus on health and wellness and food donations.
