Delhaize Group Files Annual Report on Form 20-F


BRUSSELS, Belgium – June 27, 2008 – Delhaize Group (Euronext Brussels: DELB, NYSE: DEG), the Belgian international food retailer, has filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007.
